When will my order ship?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Many of our products are prepared to order to ensure the highest quality before shipment.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 3–5 business days.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your tracking information after 5 business days, please contact our support team.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and mailbox.
- Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contacting your local carrier for additional delivery details.

There's an issue with my order.
If you've received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your order is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work quickly to make it right.
How long do returns or exchanges take?
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, returns and exchanges are typically processed within 48 business hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.

Why can't I ship to my country?
